Personal Qualifications:
- A personal commitment to Jesus Christ
- A willingness to share Jesus Christ in spontaneous situations as well as in worship
- Emotional stability and mature judgment
- A love and understanding of youth and children
- An appreciation of the camp setting and the outdoors
- Ability to work cooperatively in a group
- Ability to place the needs of campers over personal desires and convenience
Returning staff recruiting bonus:
If you are a returning staff member and you recruit a new staff member, you can receive a $25 bonus for each person recruited.
Both staff members must complete all responsibilities and time requirements of their respective employment agreements. Bonuses will be given at the end of the summer. Please make sure to list recruit/recruiter on the application in the appropriate places.
