Conference Facilities
Our main conference building contains our dining services, hotel-style rooms, office suite and multiple meeting rooms, all under one roof! This modern facility also contains a favorite spot for guests - our main reception lobby with comfy couches, a stone fireplace and easy access to all locations in the building. Pull right up and unload beneath the generous sized carport and you'll quickly see why guests return year after year.

Meadows Conference Center
- Our dining services are sure to satisfy. All meals are served conference-style on a commercial grade buffet line and freshly prepared by our professional food service staff. You'll be delighted by our menu selections including vegetarian options and splendid desserts.
- The Meadows Conference Center contains seven meeting rooms, the largest of which can accommodate 350+ people. Our presentation technology consists of sound amplification and visual projection equipment and is yours to utilize.
- The center spans two levels of space, each with ground entrances and nearby parking. Connected by three easy-access stairways, and an elevator for those with restricted mobility, the facility is easy to navigate for everyone.

Miller Lodging Wing
- As an extension of the Meadows Conference Center, the Miller Lodging Wing provides convenient access to the main conference room and dining room.
- Each of our 30 hotel-style rooms includes towel and linen service, a private bathroom, and individual climate control.
- Modern styling offers high comfort lodging for up to 112 guests on three levels, all under one roof!

Camp Facilities
Our youth and family facilities offer versatility and a variety of options for you to consider as you plan a summer camp program, youth group function, recreation retreat, RV trip, or sports training event.Well dispersed throughout our facility, campers will enjoy the diverse lodging options we offer.

Retreat Center
- This multipurpose facility contains dormitory-style housing for 74 people with overflow room for up to 92. There are men's and women's sections with adjacent showers. Participants are sure to enjoy the six-inch, coil-spring mattresses guaranteed to give a comfortable night's sleep.
- The stone fireplace is sure to keep your group warm in the winter and the air-conditioned lodging wings will keep your group cool during the summer heat.
- As an extension of our gymnasium, this is an ideal package facility that allows groups to sleep, snack and play in one convenient location.

Cabins
- Known as the Highland and Woodland Cabins, bunk-style housing is available for up to 124 campers in 8 different cabins.
- Restroom and shower facilities for the cabins are supported by bath houses -within sight distance of each cabin's front door.
- Seasonal usage includes the Spring, Summer and early Fall months.

Campsites

Situated near our peaceful stream and pavilion we offer 38 RV / tenting sites.
- 15 sites include full service hook-up and are located just off our blacktop loop.
- Restroom and shower facilities are always open for use during the camping season.

Recreation Areas & Activities
There's plenty to do at Rhodes Grove. Select your desired level of activity whether it's relaxing in the shade on a porch swing or making use of our multiple recreational areas. |
Kauffman Lodge
- This meeting space for up to 200 has a wonderful "classic camp" feel. The walls and ceiling are finished with knotty pine boards and the atmosphere is complete with wagon wheel lights, a full-length canoe and historical camp photos. A favorite meeting location for our youth groups!
Summer Camp Program
- Call for a summer camp brochure or visit our website. Scholarships are available.
Horses
- Available for use upon request on a limited basis in the summer months. A horse or two can usually be found at the corral year-round and always enjoy a friendly visit from guests.

Gymnasium
- As a part of the Retreat Center this facility offers year-round basketball, volleyball, ping-pong, foosball, carpet-ball, and skateboarding equipment or, bring your own indoor programmed event.
Campfire Circle
- Feel the warmth and hear the crackle while you sing, laugh and share together. Our main campfire area includes a stone fire-ring and bench seating for up to 200. Also available are multiple, portable fire-rings easy to set up just about anywhere.
Zip Line / Big Swing
- Put on a helmet and harness and get ready for a memory-making ride on our high-rope rides. Over 30 feet high!
Pavilion
- Have a picnic, sit by the stream or schedule your meeting outdoors. The pavilion is equipped with picnic tables, serving tables, overhead lighting and electrical outlets.
Playground
- Located near the pavilion, kids of all ages will enjoy the swings and climbing gear.
Beach Volleyball
- Generous beach sand makes for an awesome barefoot volleyball game. Play at night with the overhead lights or let your kids enjoy the world's biggest sandbox!
Swimming Pool
- 72,000 gallons of water delights campers and guests from late May to early September. The pool features a shallow and deep end (10 feet) and a smooth fiberglass finish.
Waterslide
- This 300 foot long slippy-slide is a fun ride for small children, youth and adults.
Gaga Pit
- A funny name for a really fun activity. This handball game combines the elements of dodge ball, tennis and good-old four-square. Gaga is played in a hexagon shaped wooden-walled pit with soft beach sand. A big hit with our youth groups.
Other amenities
- EZ access from the interstate, clear directional signs, blacktopped roads, well lit grounds, high speed wireless internet, guest-friendly climate control, mature trees, porch swings, and endless hot / cold beverages.
